Our Directors

Terri Merwin and Keely Wigfield are the passionate founders of Athena Lacrosse. With over 30 years of combined experience as players and coaches, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organization. Terri and Keely both discovered their love for lacrosse at Jackson High School and have been dedicated to the sport ever since.

Together, they have created a community-focused organization that emphasizes the value of teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. They are committed to helping players develop their full potential both on and off the field, while fostering a love of the game that will last a lifetime.

​Our daughter had a great experience. The coaches were knowledgeable, positive and effective. You could see the improvement from game to game and the competition level was appropriate. Our daughter cannot wait for next season to start.
